Return & Refund Policy

At Lumqor, we want you and your feline friends to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene Policy)

To ensure the health and safety of all our furry customers, we maintain strict hygiene standards:
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Products that show signs of being licked, bitten, or played with by a pet cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@lumqor.shop. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions and the address where you should send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved: Your refund will be processed automatically to your original credit card or payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
